Delivery
- We ship to all 48 contiguous states. All orders are shipped UPS and freight trucks.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Custom items or large orders will notified with a call/email.
Please call ahead of time if you need order is time sensitive.
Any damages or shortages should be noted on bill of lading/ delivery receipt and notified asap.
Return
- Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
All qualifying times should be in their original packaging and free from defects. Any missing packaging will have a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
There’s no returns or exchanges on custom items, assembled items, gondola shelving, or made to order items.
